Footpaths and Walks

Contractors are invited to quote for carrying out the Mabe Parish footpath maintenance work for 2021/22.

The invitation to quote is attached. For a list of the paths to be cut, and a map showing where they are, contact the clerk and they can be emailed through.   Note that there is a mix of one-cut and two-cut paths, and that the silver paths are all to be cut once.

Please consider the specification and if you wish to quote for this work, please do so by 5pm, 7 April 2021

Also, from time to time the parish council will have grounds maintenance type tasks that will need to be carried out (eg currently we are seeking someone to install benches in the memorial garden).  If you wish to quote for this, email the clerk with an hourly rate for general grounds maintenance work, again by 5pm, 7 April 2021.

Download the leaflet to find out more about walks in Mabe, using our network of paths to enjoy the beauty of the area.
